Ombudsman

Students can turn for advice regarding requests and complaints to the ombudsman.

The ombudsman is invited to all meetings in which requests or complaints of students are discussed. All requests and complaints are communicated to all members of the Joint Studies Board for consideration and decision. The ombudsperson is heard before a decision is made by the Board. Student(s) are informed of the Boards’ decision as soon as possible.
