The dissertation can be submitted on two occasions.
- For final graduation at the July Examination Board. In this case, the deadline for submission is 31 May (by midnight GMT +1). This deadline may be slightly postponed (one or two weeks) upon request. The request must be sent early enough to Guido Erreygers, Hubert Jayet and the local academic co-ordinator.
- For final graduation at the October Examination Board. In this case, the deadline for submission is 30 September (by midnight GMT +1). This deadline cannot be postponed.
Two electronic copies of your dissertation (of which one is a PDF version and the other a Word or SWP version) must be submitted to the administrative coordinator of the EMJMD EGEI, Mieke Vermeire. In addition, you may be requested to hand in printed copies of your dissertation to the programme coordinator at the university in which you are enrolled.
There are no constraints on the formatting style. The only requirement is that the dissertation is well presented and well organized and that the official cover page is used.
